The Association of Insolvency Professional Entities (AIPE), in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), is organising IBC@10 – A Decade of Transformation: A Future of Reforms, a landmark conclave commemorating 10 years of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The event will bring together regulators, judiciary members, insolvency professionals, financial institutions, investors, and industry leaders to reflect on the evolution of India’s insolvency framework and deliberate on the future roadmap for reforms.
The conclave will feature focused discussions on key themes including the resolution landscape, technology in insolvency, stakeholder rights, and future reforms, providing a platform for meaningful dialogue and expert insights.
