AIPE Submits Recommendations on IBBI Discussion Paper

The Association of Insolvency Professional Entities (AIPE) has formally submitted its comments and recommendations to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on the Discussion Paper dated 2 July 2026 relating to the proposed amendments to the CIRP Regulations, Liquidation Regulations and Personal Guarantor Regulations. Representing the collective views of Insolvency Professional Entities and Insolvency Professionals across the country, AIPE’s recommendations focus on strengthening the regulatory framework while ensuring practical implementation and operational efficiency.

The submission covers key areas including:
•⁠ ⁠Valuer appointment, valuation timeline and confidentiality
•⁠ ⁠Intimation of cessation of interim moratorium in Personal Guarantor cases
•⁠ ⁠Continuation of Resolution Professionals during Section 12A withdrawal proceedings
•⁠ ⁠Modification of entries in the List of Stakeholders during liquidation
