The submission covers key areas including:
• Valuer appointment, valuation timeline and confidentiality
• Intimation of cessation of interim moratorium in Personal Guarantor cases
• Continuation of Resolution Professionals during Section 12A withdrawal proceedings
• Modification of entries in the List of Stakeholders during liquidation
