Association of Insolvency Professional Entities (AIPE) is a non-profit company registered under section 8 of Companies Act, 2013. AIPE Board is Guided by an esteemed Advisory Board comprising senior dignitaries from the government, banking sector, and judiciary. AIPE is committed to fostering the growth of Insolvency resolution in India on healthy and ethical lines. It aims at building capacity of Insolvency Professional Entities by collaboration, knowledge partnership, problem solving and enhancing overall infrastructure through pooling of resources
Role & Objectives of AIPE
To address the issues and challenges concerning insolvency professionals and entities
To advocate and liaise with IBBI, NCLT, the Indian Banking Association, the Government of India, and other institutions on industry-related issues and policy matters.
Facilitate insolvency professionals and insolvency professional entities to collaborate and enhance thequality of services with a repository of knowledge base
To promote the adoption of best practices to ensure uniformity across IPEs.
Collaborate with the leading international bodies of insolvency professionals to expose to global know how and best practices
Create positive awareness in society and highlight the vital contributions being made by process of insolvency resolution
Assist in maintenance of high professional and ethical standards
Provide professional support to IPEs and IPs
Facilitate insolvency professionals and entities to deal with tight timelines
AIPE also aims at recognising meritorious work done by insolvency professionals and inculcate a repository of bestpractices for evolution of better regulation.
