It was a privilege for our CEO to be invited as an expert speaker at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Manesar, as part of the NALSAR University of Law–IICA LL.M. program.
The session focused on *“The Evolving Role of Insolvency Professional Entities (IPEs): Operational Frameworks and Institutional Capacity Building.”*
Held on 30th March, the session witnessed active participation from a highly engaged and well-informed group of LL.M. candidates. The discussion was enriched by thoughtful questions, sharp perspectives, and meaningful dialogue on the future of insolvency practice in India.
Through this session, our CEO explored:
• The evolving position of IPEs under the IBC framework
• Operational structures and regulatory developments
• Practical challenges faced by professionals
• Emerging best practices shaping the insolvency ecosystem
We extend our sincere gratitude to IICA and the course coordinators for the opportunity, and to the participants for their enthusiasm and insightful engagement.
Such platforms continue to reinforce the importance of bridging academia with real-world practice to strengthen India’s insolvency landscape.
